This is a jewel box of a restaurant, placed in a grove of mature Oak trees, in front of the most valuable real estate complex in Dallas: The Crescent by Phillip Johnson. The goal was to make the building disappear into its environment. Facing the traditional office complex is a mirror wall that reflects the classical vocabulary. Facing the trees is a floating canopy and a glass wall that blurs interior and exterior.
