The headquarters building for the largest agricultural conglomerate in South Korea. It is located in a prominent site in the Gangnam neighborhood of Seoul. The curving slot in the facade creates a low pressure zone that enhances natural ventilation in the offices and creates a visual highlight. This is the 12th project Rick has designed for this client.
